Packing up for everybody was quite a chore.
Here's what the table looked like in the middle of everything.

The kids were all a big help.

This morning we did manage to cram everything into the swagger wagon, which seems a vacation miracle with all of the baby gear that we are hauling around the country. Here's the back of the van- thankfully, I am married to a packer extraordinaire.

That is two double strollers, a pack n play, two baby backpacks, and various other essentials like my new favorite item- the formula mixing pitcher. Can't leave home without it. After this picture was taken, we managed to cram a bouncy seat in as well, because of course we need that.
This morning also included such drama as John leaving his wallet at Sam's. Thankfully, a kind stranger turned it in, which is such blessing and grace for us. Always undeserved grace.
And now we are on the road. It really is going well.

Girls are on their second movie, and we have heard reports from the back seat like, "William and Violet are not crying." Thanks for that excellent and obvious news, Lily. Feels good to be getting out of town!
